Lyme Bay House

Family run friendly, went out of their way to accommodate as my husband is allergic to caffeine, they went shopping especially to get decaffeinated items for him. Room well equipped and extremely comfortable and cosy and relaxed aura. Breakfast was absolutely perfect, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals all to help yourself to, and then the full breakfast which you ordered whilst eating your cereals was cooked perfectly. We will definitely being returning to this hotel

The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. Parking was good, the owners were very friendly.and there was a fridge in the room, plus milk was provided.we also had a sea view.

There were two hard dining room chairs and a large table in the room, these should be changed for two easy and comfortable chairs and a small coffee table. There was nowhere comfortable to sit in the room, and a softer topper on the bed would be nice.

Breakfast was beyond what I would normally expect. It was well presented, and delicious. The proprietor Niki was very cheerful and nothing was too much for her. I would be happy to recommend the hotel to anyone

I cannot think of anything else to improve this hotel, they give excellent service and value for money.

I really loved this place and the host Nikki was wonderful. I would book again.

Car parking facilities could be improved

Good breakfast Friendly hosts Nikki and Ian. Central location.

100 yds from town centre. However, Dawlish itself was disappointing. Very few eating places and most pubs did not serve food.
