Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Room was a little cramped.

Clean and comfortable, tea, coffee and biscuits available. Room was very spacious and even had a large screen tv! Lots of storage space - wardrobe, drawers, etc. Quiet room, hosts very pleasant to deal with. Very close to the sea, a decent pub and public transport all nearby.

I found the front door really fiddly, but that was probably just me!

Good location. Nikki and Ian were great hosts. The breakfast was THE best and the fresh fruit was so tasty. The room was very comfortable and the towels were lovely and thick.

The only thing was felt we needed blinds in our room but that was the only thing. Everything else was wonderful!!

The room was very small but it did have a large bathroom

Location was good although the road the hotel sits on is busy and there is allot of road noise from the room we stayed in.

The rooms could have been cleaner, allot of dust on furniture and window blind.
