Best Western Plus Stephenville Inn

Could not stay as their elevator has been out of service for over two weeks. The hotel advertised "accessibility " and an elevator , the didnt disclose the broken elevator at they reservation site. I have been stonewalled at every turn trying to get a full refund ... My husband is disabled, it was very disheartening to arrive at our destination only to find out that Best Western Plus Stephenville Inn didnt comply with ADA as they had advertised.

Hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. Room was nice but smelled musty. Found a large live roach on our last day. No elevators did cause some problems.

The staff was friendly and helpful . But the elevator does not work. We were not warned ahead of time. They say it is a long term problem. We were put on the 4th floor. We as of yet have not been compensated for the trouble.

We were never told the elevator wasn't working until we checked in. Coming off of hip labrum repair surgery, we were placed on the 4th floor & told a storm had damaged the elevators. When ask when a storm happened we were told July. It is now mid September. Not only did everyone have to take the stairs, there was no A/C in the halls or stairwell.

Good experience

I had a handicap room reserved and paid for in advance. We were arriving later than expected so I called to let the staff know. I was assured that all was okay. When I arrived with my 82 year old mom who uses a walker, we were told that the elevator was out and we would have to use the stairs to access our room. As this was impossible for my mom, I asked for a refund, as we had to find a roo. At another hotel to accommodate her needs. Best Western had no rooms they could switch us to on the first floor. I called booking.com, as there was no hotel manager to remedy the situation. I am hoping to receive a full refund as the hotel could not provide us the services we paid for in advance.

ELEVATOR BROKEN - DIFFICULT TO CARRY BAGS UO AND DOWN THE STAIRS. PHONE DID NOT WORK.

When we got there the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. Our room smelled like urine and was not clean. The breakfast was terrible.

Elevators did not work and ac unit leaked into the floor and room smells like mold

Elevator was broken and had to climb stairs. Breakfast was ok but not much selection.
