Best Western Plus Stephenville Inn

Comfortable stay but crickets in the bathroom and elevators are not usable for the property.

I liked the breakfast, but things were not stocked in our bathroom. We did not have much Kleenex or soap. Also the tv & remote wasn’t working. Also the elevator was out. Overall I think we did not get our moneys worth

Staff were excellent. The hotel is clean and conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Had an issue with wet carpet under the AC unit, and the front desk attendant said “I can give you towels, or move you rooms. I will do whatever you want me to to make this convenient for you!” Zero hassle, moved rooms with no other issues.

We were disappointed in this property. We have stayed at other Best Western locations in the past and been quite pleased. At the Stephenville property, the elevator did not work, the bathroom in our room was rather dirty and the party in front of hotel in the middle of the night was not helpful. The only positive was the breakfast and coffee served.

Staff was friendly and helpful; facilities were clean and in good condition.

Nothing sticks out. No issues during our stay.

No hot water, it reaked of mildew, trash outside and the pool was dirty.

Elevators didn’t work. They say it got struck by lightening. Maybe so but that was before I booked, so a notice was warranted. TVs didn’t work, maybe because of lightening. Again notice. Hair all over bathtub when we arrived. Not good
