Central Phoenix Hotel

Not that nice, but the front desk guy was very nice

Great centric location. Clean and budget friendly

Location is great, no continental breakfast as advertised on the sign, front desk person not always available, keycards would randomly stop working, mattresses are awful.

It was a clean quiet room walking distance to ballpark and restaurants. For the price I absolutely would stay again

The rooms reek of smoke and weed. The AC is very loud. There's almost no amenity in the bathroom

There was a homeless man with mental issues outside our window. The bathrooms had hair. The cleaning crew left a used shirt hanging. Check in was 3pm. We arrived at 1am and our room had no pillows. The bathrooms werent clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Clean rooms had a hint of smoke smell in my non smoking room but was very very clean. I liked the free parking and area around.

Would not stay there again. No in room or lobby coffee available, theice machine didn't work. The omly time I saw someone working in the lobby was when I checked in. Thank God I experienced no problems because I would have no way to contact anyone for help. The one question I asked on check in was 'what's the easiest way to get to Chase Field'. He said he had no idea as he didn't live around there. Customer service? Not at this property.
