White Hart Inn

A lovely property. Our room was very tastefully finished. Nice comfy bed, and the room was nice and quiet .I really appreciated my special request to put my motor scooter around the back of the property for security, after assuring the staff that I wouldn't make any noise on leaving. To be honest, the bin lorry the next morning made more noise than I would have done. Had an evening meal which was very good indeed

Not much . My wife was disappointed with the very basic continental breakfast. There wasn't any cheese .There was only one person looking after things and didn't really grasp the importance of keeping things like milk and butter topped up. I had to clear our table just to be able to sit down. No bowls for the cereal, until I asked again! We felt that the £16 paid for the breakfast was a bit steep. Had everything gone smoothly with more choice on the food and service side, we wouldn't have minded.

La proximité, centralité de l'établissement au coeur de la ville et proche de la cathédrale qui est un vrai bijou. Un très bon pub pour les clients avec des bières à presque tous les goûts et types "artisanales", locales.

Le service pour les petits déjeûners laissait à désirer..., pas de café prêts sinon des sachets. Personnel aux abonnés absents au service de ce dernier.

Location and staff. Great selection of beer if you’re ok with the surroundings

It’s run down in the public areas and grubby. Bedroom was ok but the courtyard was really stuffy and unkempt. Very basic pub really.

Location was great and room was clean although very small with not much room around the bed or to put a glass on stand due to the lamps.

Bathroom was tiny. Literally a shower cubicle wide. Could do with some professional TLC with woodwork and fixings. We were asked what time we would like breakfast. We said 9.30am. when we got down, there were no staff to be seen, the 'continental' breakfast was none existent and only 1 slice of bread left next to the toaster. Had to find out own juice and milk in the fridge. When we were eventually served, the cooked breakfast was lovely. It really did seem like we were interrupting staff setting the bar up for the day. If 9.30 was too late, we would rather someone say.
