Mount Pleasant Hotel

Excellent location, a short walk from the Malvern town centre, about 3 mins walk, the rooms are clean and functional and the staff all super friendly. Breakfast was great, good selection of food, well cooked and friendly table service. Parking and Wi-Fi being included is always a winner for me also. Will stay here again for sure.

I am being super picky, but the walls between some rooms are very thin and you can hear others snoring, the showers are electric and not very powerful but still functional and clean. The rooms outside, to the rear of the property can be very loud, I was awoken early as the bottle bin was emptied at the back of the pub/restaurant, this is something that must be looked into, such as a no noise policy before 09:00 ???

The hotel is in a good position and the views are beautiful.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and I asked to be moved to a different room. After trying out 6 different mattresses to find one that was not lumpy, I was told I would need to upgrade to a better room to get a good mattress so I checked those rooms as well and they had the same lumpy. cheap mattress. Walking around the hotel one could see that it was dirty, the carpets were awful and the bathrooms were dirty. The room I ended up in was overlooking the kitchen area and was apparently one of the newly refurbished rooms!

Location is perfect for the hills. Staff friendly & welcoming. Excellent value for money when visiting Malvern

The size of the room and the view over the abbey.

No bottled water left in the rooms along with the tea and coffee. Not all people drink tea / coffee.

Good location for theatre and town. Plenty of parking

The property was full of character and very clean. High on a hill, with some nice views through the window, and en-suite too. Also, very quiet which meant getting a good nights sleep. The service was great too, very friendly and helpful staff.

I cannot say anything negative about the Mount Pleasant Hotel. I will book again!
