The Room 12 shower temperature ranged from cold to scalding and took an age between these variations. This was the only negative aspect….

The location The size of the room

Breakfast, poor selection of fruit Latte, cappucino or flat white was served with extra charge which I find weird when most hotels offer them anyway I also think for that price and off season the room should offer a better view than the courtyard.

"A pleasant stay"

Friendly front of house experience. Prompt action over a problem in the bathroom. Wonderful view. Good breakfast.

The bed was too firm for me, so slept badly. Very unpleasant drain smell from shower area. Not noticed on arrival as the bathroom door was closed and I went straight out. Returned to the smell-too late to speak to anyone. It was dealt with the next day, when informed. The sun poured in, in the morning which made the room very warm. Some blinds would be good

"Excellent nights stay."

Breakfast was high quality and extremely tasty. Service was excellent. Room was spacious, clean and warm. Proximity to theatre.

When we visited the hotel was hosting a wedding party so parking was limited.
