Pelham Court Hotel

Great property in an excellent location. Very nice 1 bedroom suite with lots of room, clean and well stocked. The staff were very responsive and pleasant. This was overall a great place to stay.

We have stayed at Perham court a few years back and it was excellent. This time it was even better. Clean, equipped, friendly. Excellent location, free parking. Just be aware, that it is dog friendly and you may hear barking

Lovely place, great central location within walking distance to many spots. Hunter was very attentive. My only advice is to request a room with a fireplace as it reads as though you'll have one in the one bedroom luxury suite as advertised but to my surprise the room didn't have a fireplace. Rooms don’t have a Keurig but some other espresso machine. They do, however, have a Keurig and all needs for coffee in the common area. I would definitely stay again but request a fireplace. Doesn't necessarily seem fair that some would get a fireplace and others not for the same price.

Clean, private

Second night the noise from out of control kids in room above us until 11 PM was horrible. Worst of all there is no staff on site after 4 PM so all I could do is text management. I can only assume they just don't care as no one ever got back to me. I urge you to stay away from Pelham Court Hotel.

We had the best weekend, and everything - from correspondence, check-in, inquiries, to check-out - was fantastic. Hunter was on that weekend, and he was extremely communicable and helpful. You cannot beat the location of Pelham Court, walkable to all shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The room was a perfect size, the bed was comfortable, and it's always nice to have a full kitchen. It was wonderful that our dog could join us, and she was so welcomed. We will definitely stay here again and again! (The courtyard is full of charm and can't wait to see it in the Spring/Summer!). Love this place…this is a return and was still amazing!

Superb. Our entire experience is that word. Superb. The rooms were furnished with very comfortable beds, chairs and couch. The couch opened to a queen size bed that was comfortable. The secluded courtyard was complete with a fountain and a number of inviting places to sit and enjoy the peaceful gardens. Several groups of guests could be in the courtyard and not be disturbed by others-sitting areas were not crowded together. Parking is close and very convenient. This is an establishment that takes pride in ownership. I had the a delightful conversation with Jay and would return here to stay on a regular basis. Thank you Jay!

Great place! Staff is excellent!

It might not be for everyone, but it's great for us! I only communicated with the staff through phone or text, but i got all i needed.. hotel is clean, everything is there (kitchen, utensils, "make up remover"), comfy bed, bannister wharf across the hotel, unlimited cofffee, and i could go on.. i would definitely come here again!!!
