Very spacious. Great location. Courtyard is a nice quiet getaway

Amazing B&B (no breakfast right now) 1/2 block from the marinas/downtown area. We stayed in room 4 which was huge, clean and surprisingly quiet despite the location on the first floor. We traveled with our dog, and if you do, too, I’ll warn you: Newport 2021 isn’t what it was like in 2020. Last year, amid Covid, everything was set up outdoors and traveling with our dog was super easy. The dog kept us outside and not indoors amid the pandemic. This was not our experience in 2021. We had very few places we could go with the dog. Because of this, we needed a slightly early check in, which the hotel pleasantly accommodated. Everything about check in/check out was contact free here, and, although this was pricey (after pet fee and taxes, we paid about 500/night), it was well located, clean, safe. Parking was easy and included. If we could afford to stay here with each visit, this might become our new annual place to stay! Thanks for a great stay.

What a wonderful establishment in the heart of Newport - just steps away from Bowen’s wharf. We stayed in a 1 BR suite and it was plenty of room for our family of 4 (and our pooch too!) the room was very clean, well stocked and the entire staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, communicating constantly with us via text during these Covid times, and helping with anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Newport!

It was ok, I wish we could have had an earlier check in, one of the lights in the bathroom was broken…

Had a really nice stay at Pelham Court. The staff was very prompt in responding to texts due to COVID. The hotel has a perfect location, and on-site parking was great. I would definitely come back again!

Lovely, big room with kitchen and right in the center of town. Walked everywhere.

The hotel was excellent for us and our dog. Room was very spacious. The location was superb right across the street from the wharf. Owner and staff were excellent in every way.

Excellent locarion and convenient

This was our first time visiting Newport and our first getaway in almost a year. The Pelham Court Hotel was the perfect place to stay! The contactless service was impeccable, from the texting communication to housekeeping accommodating any requests that we had, with drop off outside of our door.The room was spotlessly clean, and it was obvious that great care was taken with many Covid precautions in place. the unit was tastefully decorated and comfortable as well, kitchen was well equipped and we had everything that we needed during our two night stay. It was within walking distance of many fine restaurants and shops and a quick walk to a nearby park with our dog. Yes, they are pet friendly, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog along. Free parking was just one more reason I would highly recommend staying here.
