Location. Facilities and comfort were excellent.

Great Location. Wonderful backdrop. Historic charm. Walking distance to almost everything Newport has to offer.

Staff was great. The hotel is more of a clean one bedroom apartment. It’s located right on the main tourist drag, and a short walk to the main local drag.

A fabulous stay here. We booked the one bedroom suite and it was comfortable for the 3 of us. The location is absolutely perfect. Even though it’s so close to all the action in downtown, just a few steps up the side street and we could hear nothing. We only had to move our car once to go to the cliff walk, it was that convenient. They don’t have a concierge, they use a texting service which is superb. Their response time is less than 5 minutes. The kitchen is modern with everything we needed. The space felt like an apartment you’d actually live in. I can’t imagine a better place to stay than the Pelham Court Hotel. *we first found the hotel on Airbnb, but we booked through the hotel directly which we recommend

I would definitely stay again. Great location and room. Service was fine. They check on you by text to make sure you don’t need anything. That said, the Covid protocol at this point is more of a gimmick. Some noise after nearby bars close at night but not a big deal.

A really nice hotel located right off the main America’s Cup/Thames street thoroughfare…super convenient. Nice, big and immaculate rooms and the staff is super responsive via phone/text. Stayed for three evenings and communicating by text was super effective. Only suggestion….need curtains….street and security lights near our window caused it too be a bit bright at night. The blinds in the room just didn’t cut it. But with that said-Loved the accommodations!

The hotel was conveniently located but also felt homey, upscale and comfortable all at once. It was like being in an Airbnb more than a hotel. Staff was friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The room was really an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom and living room. We were very pleasantly surprised!

We stayed at the Bellevue condos that are separate from the hotel, and essentially overlook the International Tennis Hall of Fame. The location was, for our purposes, perfect - about five minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but within steps of a CVS, a smallish wholefoods type grocery store, a Stop and Shop grocery store, coffee shop, wine store, Japanese restaurant, etc. Right on Bellevue Avenue so many mansions are walkable, and the area is quiet and appears completely safe to walk around at any hour. The unit itself is huge, and nicely equipped, although for those who care it should be noted that it is upstairs so requires climbing either one flight or two (depending on the unit)

I love the text messaging from the staff. Made it so easy to communicate. Also the hotel is as beautiful as the first time we stayed there. Love the property and the location.
