Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive

It’s been over 3 weeks and still have yet to get the $600 deposit back . I checked out on the 18th of August . Besides that it was amazing .

We loved our stay at Beloved. This resort provided a laid-back vibe we were desperately in need for. If you're looking for somewhere with nightlife... this resort is not for you. We loved the taco truck & the food was above average. It would have been nice to have an area we could grab casual bites. The staff were polite & were always eager to assist. We'll definitely be back.

This was our second year at Beloved. We returned because it's a beautiful resort that is small and relatively quiet. The food is really good overall and all of the staff members are incredible. Truly I wish I could recognize each fantastic staff member here but there are too many to write. We would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation.

Our room was amazing, we really enjoyed our own plunge pool, we liked the view. The staff did a great job in keeping our room clean and the turn down/evening turn down service is a nice touch. Room service was also remarkable. We loved the food and the many options. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa/massage and will do ir again when we come back.

Very clean property, quiet and relaxing. Staff were very accommodating. Little nightlife, not the place for “party people”. The air conditioning is set to run approximately 73-77 degrees, we asked for a fan because it was way too hot to sleep. They have pillow options, if you don’t like yours they have several to choose from just ask. We were surprised that there is little privacy for the toilet in the rooms. A swinging glass door that is comparable to what you’d see in a store, open at the top and bottom. Not very romantic! Four restaurants for dinner, only 2 open each night. The food was good, I don’t eat anything spicy or seafood so limited options for me. Beach was clean with plenty of seating options. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Beloved but the lack of privacy in the bathroom and the air conditioning would hinder a return to their property.

I’ll definitely be back and I’m excited for another relaxing time there.
