Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive

The resort is a very services dedicated place. It is a place to telax enjoy beach and have massage. The food is delicate and well balanced. Beach is clean . Beach concierge are given attention to customer to bring the experience at another level.

Horrible room service food compared to a few years ago

Staff was very attentive and very kind. Food was delicious. Room was spacious and beautiful. I do think that the entertainment area at Lupitas Lounge is too hot. No air can circulate in that area. We watched several entertainers there and each time there were guests that left before the show even started or left during the show because it was just too hot to sit there.

I can write forever about this place. It's everything you dream of. Quiet, beautiful, delicious, friendly, just everything that comes to mind for a beautiful vacation with beautiful people, this is it.

Positives: Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, commitment from staff and hotel to ensure stay is positive, daytime food options, amount of beach chairs, spacious room and bed. Negatives: Evening food experience (quality of food, service). We felt we got our "money's worth" and the "couple's only" vibe kept things chill and quiet.

Great bed and food

Try attentive staff. Love the 24hr room service ! Ceviche top notch . Steakhouse was good but liked the French one better. The level of attention they give you is so awesome - they call you by your name when addressing you (Mr. And Mrs. Etc). Quiet. No kids. If you’re looking for an all inclusive resort where it’s quiet and non-party atmosphere, just chill , this is it! Thank you Beloved and thank you for keeping my Cappuccino-Tini always filled!

Amazing!

Not super far from the airport everybody was treated the same. The staff were very very friendly. They just need to do some updates cause it’s a little bit aged, but according to the staff that is up-and-coming so I’m looking forward to that.
