Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive

This resort was extremely relaxing and gorgeous. The actual rooms are a little dated, and the bathroom weirdly has minimal privacy, but the people who work here are amazing! Shout out to Fernando, who waited on us all 4 days we were there! He would spot us by the pools (both the public and our private pool) and bring us not just drinks, but would also grab us food so we didn’t have to leave the water. He was quick to grab us drink refills, sometimes without us even asking. The spa was also amazing, and the 30 minute upgrade to the included hydrotherapy session was definitely a great choice. Regina was great at guiding us through the whole hydro circuit, although I could’ve stayed in the dry sauna with the peppermint/eucalyptus forever! Overall, the food was great, the hotel was outdated but beautiful, but the workers deserve all the praises and tips!

This was our fourth time at Beloved. We have seen the changes over 13 years. It is a wonderful resort to absolutely detach from the world and be with your partner. It is quiet - do not expect a party atmosphere. It is beautiful - stunning even as it ages. Was told they are doing a full renovation of rooms starting this month so I can't even imagine how amazing it will be after that happens. Food is good - much better than most AIs in the area. Yes, it is limited to four restaurants but you are in a place with 110 or so rooms - you're never going to wait, you're never going to need to make a reservation. Staff is amazing - friendly, always accommodating, and will do everything to make you feel special. Beloved is a treat.

The restaurants provided many wonderful options for high end dining. The beds were perfect and always clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and worked around the clock to ensure you had everything that you needed at all times. My wife and I will be visiting again.

Beloved checked off every box as exceptional, but way above and beyond were the staff. You will not better customer service at any resort.

Vinimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños, nuestra primera vez en Mexico y escogimos este hotel y gracias a Dios todo divino, supero expectativas, nos quedamos 4 noches. Las comidas divinas , la atencion super, servicio de habitaciones, en fin todo el equipo del hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Alberto del restaurante Lupita Steak House muy atento y su servicio excelente. El restaurante El Mar divino, la langosta espectacular y Benito super la atencion!! Recomiemdo este hotel 100%. Aahh y el spa super recomendado!! ❤️ Gracias a todos por hacer de nuestra estadia un maravilloso recuerdo!!! Las muchachas del beach consierge Denise y Fabiola muy amigables y pendientes a todas nuestras necesidades!!!
