Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive

Absolutely beautiful resort with the sweetest staff! We were there during seaweed season, but their beach was clean and swimmable when nowhere remotely close was.

In general, good resort. Couple things we didn’t like. No buffet options at all, no straws available at all! And you can’t even put a swim suit to dry on your own balcony, I literally got a phone call in 3 minutes to my room from front desk?!! Almost too creepy, felt like they watch everybody all the time!

2nd time here. Nice relaxing quite, safe is friendly, food is great, rooms are nice, pools are warm, beach is clean.

Beloved Playa Mujeres is hands-down one of the most exceptional adults-only resorts we’ve ever visited. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Dining was a standout—delicious, diverse, and beautifully presented at every restaurant. The service throughout the resort is flawless; staff members go above and beyond without ever being intrusive. The spa experience was world-class, especially the hydrotherapy circuit. If you’re looking for a serene escape with your partner—whether for a honeymoon, anniversary, or just a romantic getaway—Beloved is perfection. Quiet, intimate, and effortlessly elegant. We’re already dreaming of our return. A special mention to Cristian, Paola, Fernanda, Benito, Cirilo, Alberto and Jafet.

We stayed for 5 days at Beloved and we absolutely loved it! My only complaint was that the dining options were limited as I am gluten free. We loved the breakfast buffet, but every other restaurant had one or two options. I don’t consider myself very picky but it was mediocre. My fiancé loved the food, so I guess it depends on your taste! The drinks were GREAT! And strong! We aren’t big drinkers but we definitely indulged on vacation and it had us both out of it for sure. Overall would stay here again! The service was 100000/10 and I am picky about my service for sure! Everyone was incredibly attentive. Definitely bring cash in small bills for tips. We didn’t (first time All-inclusivers and didn’t think about it) and only had $100 which was hard to break as it was USD. We did get a bit of change from a kind staff member, and everyone we tipped was very grateful even though it was USD, but next time I’d bring $100 equivalent in MXD small bills for 5 days stay! Overall 10/10 experience and we will be back

I love the stuff here

it was beautiful! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. you are right off the beach. Food was okay, steak house was the best restaurant, taco truck was second best. Only thing is the bathroom in the hotel, it's not fully closed off so when you or your partner need to use the restroom you hear everything LOL. but we would totally stay here again. everything was so nice.

Es un resort 5 estrellas la habitacion los amenities del hotel el trato de los empleados extremadamente bueno excelente. El Staff de Alberto en el restaurante fue impresionante con mucho conocimiento y su atención un 10 de 10 . Regresaría?!!! CLARO!!!

Great as always

Bed was really comfortable. Nice bed sheets. Food was delicious and always accessible. Apart from 4 restaurants, cafe bar and taco stand , room service menu was pretty tasty and great options.
