Loved the convenience of having a code to enter the room when I arrived. Very comfortable stay as always.

location to town, 10 minute walk

The owners do everything remotely--no people on site--no pro-activeness in booking --had to repeatedly ring to get access to room--a poor experience that Nelson Bay Visitor board would not like on displayed. I would not recommend visiting.

Didn’t get sent late check in details until I rang. No water first morning. Cold showers the next 2 days. Poor communication about water outage and no apology. No hotel guests, seemed abandoned, unkept and not maintained. I did get a response when I rang but no real hospitality.

First room no tv reception, second room had silverfish on the sheets and fridge froze my food, would never stay there again

It suited our budget.

Mouldy bathroom. Synthetic blankets. Plastic sheets.

Floor under and around the single bed was wet and shoes and socks left near overnight were affected We stayed in room 4 office not open when we left notified staff member on site
