Was good, just wish the staff wouldn’t try and actually come into the rooms after they’ve knocked if we don’t answer, it did give me a bit of a scare, I’m glad I had my lock on it

Great and simple communication and check in. A very clean place that has been used well. It comes with a comfortable bed in a great location.

The door code stopped working and no after hours contact for emergency

Easy to get around, clubs close, nice and quiet

No sign of any staff, got a text at 2pm saying how to get into the room. Room door doesn't open unless you lift it as it gets stuck on a cupboard (room 14) Cupboard door handle was a old shoe lace Sharps container with used needles left in the bathroom (last time I stayed it was used ladies sanitary products left in the bin) Rock hard bed Sliding door to balcony doesn't lock Holes in the carpet Dirty bathroom Almost impossible to get the kettle more than 1/4 full in the sink. Noisy spot with lots of cars driving past.

Rooms need renovation Beds were awful Hardly any hot water barely lukewarm.

The beds were quite comfortable.Clean bedding.

No hot water for a shower.
