The staff , all of them, have been absolutely lovely , friendly helpful and efficient. The rooms are great and the food delicious. . Location was perfect for the Bombay Sapphire tour.

The cleaning could have been a little more thorough

Every thing rubbish breakfast, thick with dust,. I would never stay again

Location was central in a pretty village

Scaffolding and builders debris around the entire property which we had not previously been informed about. No pedestrian access, no parking on site, busy road junction, noisy neighbours, bar and carpets were all dirty - table sticky and chairs really unclean. Reception desk unmanned and had long wait for a member of staff to check us in. Noisy restaurant and bar area, with lots of unruly dogs. Approximately 5 dogs 'greeting' each other int he bar and then further in the restaurant - we chose not to eat there as it was not hygenic, noisy and filthy. On way up to the room the doors to the balcony in the hallway were open - the floors were covered in pigeon faeces which is a health risk. Very disappointing

The room was very clean. There were lots of soft towels and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Yea and coffee was provided

The hotel entrance is very tired. The room walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbour snoring. The TV didn’t work. The telephone number provided in the room for the hotel was incorrect.
