"Wunderschönes kleines ruhiges Hotel in toller Lage"

Die Lage zum Zentrum und Meer ideal, nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg und man kommt an den Strand zum Schwimmen. Sehr nah am Bahnhof, was für mich wichtig war. Frühstück ist sensationell, wird frisch zubereitet und Caroline und Chris sind total tolle Vermieter und geben einem das Gefühl der erholsamen Ferien. Das ganze Haus strahlt eine wunderbare Atmosphäre aus und mein Einzelzimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Immer frisches Wasser und Kekse auf dem Zimmer und viele kleine Details machen den Aufenthalt total relaxed.

"Perfect for the Eastbourne Open"

Fantastic hosts wonderful location for Devonshire Park Tennis. It’s directly opposite. Excellent breakfasts

Simply to be wary our room on fourth floor might be an issue for individuals of a certain age.

Chris and Caroline are the perfect hosts. They’re very attentive, entertaining, and always friendly. Breakfast was simply wonderful—everything was freshly prepared, and they mainly served local products. In the evenings, it was also wonderful to relax in the small bar while enjoying interesting conversations with the hosts.
