Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, lovely staff, nice and quiet at night 😀

Very clean and very comfortable. We were on the top floor so the view felt open over the houses opposite (even though the trees in their back gardens meant you couldnt see that far). Short walk to the city centre and to the river and the station. Although we didn't have breakfast this time, it smelt lovely!

The telly remote was a bit hard to make work - possibly needs new batteries?

too many stairs for my bad knee. top floor location was not ideal for me location a bit isolated on basically a dead end street.

Location was perfect.

The room was pretty much a cellar room and was very small with little area for storage of baggage and belongings. There was also a smell which was unpleasant. Access, especially with baggage, was difficult and I would advise putting information regarding this as elderly or less mobile people might struggle to access. Insufficent extraction in the bathroom so ended up like a sauna.

Good location, clean room, it was nice for a 1 night stay.

The standard double room we received on the lowest floor was smaller than we expected it to be, and the bed was quite short (and we are not tall people). In the morning we could hear noises from upstairs as the floor was squeaking.
