Great location, friendly restaurant staff, the receptionist were helpful could be better. Excellent housekeeping - I left R300 tip, please make sure they receive their tip. Again restaurant staff were 5 star

Reception should keep same attitude even if you don’t use their people for sight seeing.

The breakfast was good. location is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A pool facility would be nice. The shower spills a lot of water on the floor. The coffee served in the rooms could be better

the cleanliness standards were unacceptable. When we arrived, the room we were assigned was dirty, and the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. At breakfast, the area where we were seated was dirty, with stained carpets and chairs.

The location is good

The facilities are poor and not well maintained. One would say perhaps it deteriorating. The towels are too old, hard and dry. Our bathroom had a leak they couldn’t fix. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The quality and variety could be improved. The WiFi was poor, inadequate tv channels. You should consider upgrading to smart TVs and perhaps invest in a swimming pool.

Good location for WB. Great view on the Pelican Bay.
