Some of the waitstaff's uniforms at the beach club were really dirty.

Excellent resort and beach service is incredible. We’ve been here at least eight times love it every time!

We stayed at the hotel for one night. It is conveniently located about an eight-minute walk from the ferry, close to both the central beach and the north beach of Isla Mujeres. The setting is ideal: quiet yet central, within easy walking distance of the beaches and the main restaurant street. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. While a group ahead of us was checking in, the team remained patient and attentive, and even treated us to drinks and a sandwich as we waited. Every staff member, including the security personnel, was exceptionally friendly. Our room was fantastic. A spacious upper-floor room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, lovely views, and windows on two sides that allowed for great natural airflow. The shower was excellent as well. The pool area looked beautiful, though we didn’t have a chance to use it. The beach was stunning and we spent most of our time there, but the pool was busy when we arrived and aince we were staying only one night, we simply ran out of time. Breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of options. We also had lunch at the beach club, which was pleasant but fairly average in terms of food quality. We had booked a room with only breakfast included and chose to have dinner in town; it was more expensive than dining at the hotel and only slightly better.

There wasn’t anything we truly disliked, but the pool area was quite crowded in the afternoon, making it hard to get service at the bar. The beach club service was pleasant, though less attentive than the exceptional service at the hotel itself. We also waited quite a while after providing our documents during pre-check-in, so streamlining that process could improve the experience.

There is a little piece of heaven on isla mujeres in Privilege Aluxes. The location, the grounds, the rooms, the amenities, the beach, but most of all the service! Amazingly exceptional! Thank you to the hard working professional staff of this establishment - we truly appreciate you making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

Dani at the beach services food and drink was excellent. Santiago as well. Enjoyed privileges once again.

מלון יוקרתי, נקי ומעוצב עם שירות מצוין ומיקום מעולה. מתחם הבריכה ג'קוזי ומסאג'ים מטופח ומאורגן למשעי. החוף מול המלון אחד היפים שהיינו מעולם, ויש מיטות שיזוף עם שמשיות לרווחת האורחים. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה, מגוונת ועם הרבה סוגי ירקות כמעט ולא קיים במלונות אחרים ביוקטן. מקלחת גדולה ומפנקת מצוינת עם אמבטיה צמודה.

בחדר שלנו לא הייתה מרפסת ואיזור המגורים היה קטן יחסית.
