Have returned to Privilege Aluxes for our 4th time, upon arrival we were treated with cold wet facecloths, Sparkling Wine, cold water and friendly service. The food as usual, absolutely awesome, from seviche and shrimp poke bowl, fantastic drinks all under wonderful beachfront palapas. Dinner last night was awesome on the beach, fantastic appetizers, main courses and desert with music entertainment and outstanding service from both servers and management. We were only booked for 2 days but have now extended it to 4. We have been here on the Mayan coastline since mid January staying in a condo in PDC but the sargassum has unfortunately been bad so we made the decision to come here and there is no sargassum problem (what little there has been has been brought in by the boats sailing by) What can I say but it is an Incredible place to stay and always recommend to all

Everybody was so welcoming and friendly..! The beach at the hotel is the best and the crew very attentive. Dani, from the bar, went above and beyond to make sure all of us were having a great time!

The spa at Hotel Privilege Aluxes is wonderful. We stay at another hotel but make all of our massage appointments at Privilege. The spa and the massage therapist's are fantastic. Clean and professional! Daynela's full body massage was great. The added aroma therapy was a nice touch. Thank you for good service.

We just returned from our annual 10 day trip to Isla Mujeres/Privilege Aluxes. The hotel looked great as usual and winter storms have deposited a lot of sand in front of the hotel and now the beach is so much larger. The staff is what brings us back every year. The go above and beyond to make your visit something special. A big shout out to: Jesus, Oscar, Antonio, Dani, Efrain, Raul, Ricardo & Santiago all at the beach club. We spent most of our time there because they made it great. Oron at Sabor Miguel - at the path crossing. He was always so nice. Erika at the spa. There were others that I didn’t write down their name. The food was great as always and cocktails before dinner at the Beach Club bar with Jesus always one of my favorite times of the day. I’ll be looking forward to planning next year’s stay with them.
