Disappointed with the hotel’s refusal to accommodate a simple name change on a prepaid reservation. Planned a Mother’s Day trip 2026(3 rooms, 6 people); one prepaid all‑inclusive room was booked by active military who was deployed and couldn’t attend. I offered proof of orders and requested the name change—customer service refused. They issued a credit to the original booker, but it’s only usable by that person. Now they’ve lost customers and revenue for the 2 other rooms, which are being canceled. Poor service and poor business for a five‑star property.

Very spacious room, helpful staff, lovely well kept property. Having both beach and pool access was great. The location in the north of the island was ideal - 1 minute walk to the main area with restaurants and shopping etc.

Staff provides a five star experience and makes PA home. Shout out to restaurant staff Ricardo, Aldo, Jose, Eduardo, Gamaliel, Alberto and Raul. Front desk Jesus. Jaime at bell desk. They are the best

Service from Dani was amazing! This is our 3rd time at Privilege Aluxes and each time we are treated with such care. Dani and Ismael have been here through the past 3 years that we have visited and each time we are treated like family. Both are attentive, kind, generous and the kind of people you want to get a drink with after service ends. We’re so grateful that we can come to Privilege Aluxes and be treated with so much love. This is our happy place and we’ll be back and hoping that we see Dani and Ismael every time!

מאוד התאכזבנו מהשירות של צוות המלון. כשחזרנו לחדר היה ריח של סיגריות נוראי כאילו העובדי נקיון עישנו שם . התארסנו במהלך החופשה שם , סיפרנו להם - והם לא אפילו בירכו אותנו בפתק או משהו נחמד כלשהו. לא החליפו את המגבת רצפה במקלחת למרות שהייתה סחוטה במים. חווית שירות לא נעימה .
