Staff is very welcoming and accommodating, room was comfortable and we had a balcony with a nice view. The beach club is very good, on most days we did not have to fight for a place (maybe 1 day out of 9). If you want a beach vacation it is perfect. Location is very good, it’s a small island so you are near everything.

Wifi is not really good so don’t expect fast internet, but as we wanted to enjoy our vacation this was more of a detail than anything

Dani is so attentive and friendly! Wonderful beach service. The food was wonderful, especially the tropical fish ceviche—to die for! I will be dreaming about it for a long time! The guac was sooooo creamy too, delish!

"Isla Mujeres-Privileges Aluxes. Fantastic stay"

Exceptional stay and location. The entire staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure we were well taken care. Jose at the front counter helped get a golf cart and provided tips on where to go. Dani provided exceptional beach service, as well as the entire beach crew. Food and beverages were amazing. Finally, the room was totally satisfying and relaxing.

The staff here are super specially Danny and Santiago our waiters at the beach they really went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable - We really appreciate their efforts and would like them to be recognized for their efforts during this week of our stay

"Good way to relax, watch great sunsets, I guess best hotel in the area"

I think best part was the beach, very clean in compare to other places

There were several details like bathroom breaks at room, also buffet was only at breakfast, I wish it would be more, some waitresses were a bit arrogant, beach club food nothing special, there were two toilets on the beach area almost always dirty, first day we arrived hotel was out of beach towels, for the price you pay you don’t expect these errors
