Another amazing trip to Privileges Aluxes. All of staff are amazing Jenni in Sabor and shout out to Dani and especially Jorge for amazing service on the beach. 4th time here and we love it. It’s our escape from the cole.

The Privilege Aluxes is one of the best all inclusive resorts we have ever been. The check in was smooth and easy. We pre-arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel because it involved 2 taxis and a ferry. Communication was great and we were checking in within 1 hour of our arrival. The room was spotless and the mini bar was fully stocked with beer/soda/juice/water and snacks. We paid for a basic room and it was a very spacious suite. Robes and an umbrella with in the closet just in case. There were 3 different restaurants and also theme nights to add variety. All of the meals except the sumptuous breakfast buffet were fine dining! Complete with an amuse bouche, welcome drink and bread service. The poolside service was quick and the food and drinks flowed throughout the day. The same for the beachfront service. The waiters worked very hard and the food in both locations was fresh and delicious. The beach/pool chairs and facilities were spotless and well maintained. Landscaping and design of the resort offered comfort, quiet and luxury. We will definitely return

Privelege Aluxes was recommended by a friend, and everything about it and the downtown has lived up to expectations. The resort’s beach club was fantastic - shout out to Dani! Definitely will be coming back!!

This place is wonderful. Great location. Great service. Dani at the beach club took great care of us all week, as did Eduardo at the bar by the main restaurant. Can’t wait to go back some day.

Unbelievable service. Fantastic accommodations. Even slipped poolside and needed a couple stitches.. within an hour a doctor was in my room and stitched me up. Beach and pool are private and staff is fantastic with food and drinks! Breakfast buffet spares no expense! LOVELY all around. Rented a golf cart but only used it to see the other end of the island (twice). Had the all inclusive package but never ate lunch or dinner at the hotel 😂.
