Sugar Marina Hotel - ART - Karon Beach

ambiance and rooms were very good .quick check in also.location had quite a few food n store options.beach was hardly 3 min walk across the road.

the breakfast could be better .variety and choice of items can be improved.venue also very packed hall also.the lobby needs refurbishment.

The pool, kids room and beach bar areas were very nice although all could do with some maintenance.

Everything felt old and due for some maintenance. The buffet had a great selection of options but all felt low quality. The entrance feels more like a hostel than a hotel. We went at peak new year season so definitely didn’t feel like good value for money but that could have been just the prices at that time of year.

Jó helyen volt, finom volt a reggeli, a medence mellett nagyon hangulatos a bár rész (Lido).

Ár-érték arányban nagyon becsapva éreztük magunkat, ennél sokkal jobb helyek vannak ezen az áron. Zsúfolt, a fürdőszobában egy felül nyitott üvegajtó van csupán, így a pici szobában mindent hallani lehet ami a wc-n történik, zárni sem lehetett, nem túl romantikus. A medencét nem használtuk, nem túl gusztusos. Szilveszerre foglaltunk ide, mondván, hogy szép és igényes szálláson legyünk, de nem érte meg, a szálloda közönsége sem színvonalas, nyomulnak, tolonganak, prolik.

The kids enjoyed the pool very much. However the bubble jets were inconsistent.

I got the family room with pool access. Without much info on the website and Booking.com, the pool was "private" instead of the main pool.

Not by the beach

Персонал очень дружелюбный. Старается помочь если есть какие-то вопросы. Убираются чисто, но не забывайте оставлять чаевые.

Столовая на такой большой отель маленькая. Сами завтраки достаточны, но трудно найти свободный столик. И еще к концу завтрака столы не успевают убрать и найти чистый столик проблематично.

Sugar Marina was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in , it’s not a hotel in our opinion , more like a hostel . The toilets at reception were disgusting , everywhere was dark and dingy around reception . Reception told us we had been upgraded in our room , wow if that’s an upgrade then don’t bother . Shocking . Back to reception , please show is the room we should have had , a better room apart from our son had to sleep on a sofa , not a sofa bed . Breakfast was another experience I don’t want to repeat , dirty tables , food all over the floor , plates cracked and chipped . We checked out after one night , should have been there for 5 nights .
