The staff did not put us in our booking Family room but instead we we given 2 deluxe room.. Also separated from our group. Not solving & helping Instead, telling us if not happy can refund & book other hotel. Not professional & rude. We had no choice but still hqve to stay cause of our holiday plan. Very disappointed. Paid expensive for room but getting rubbish service from this staff

Хорошие завтраки - фрукты, разнообразие, много блюд из яиц которые можно кастомизировать, кофе только не ок, но это стандартно для тая Хорошая территория - бассейны, зал, лобби, удобная локация, все прямо хорошо Хорошее отношение персонала и клининг - каждый день прибирались, в номер не есть все для пляжа и можно брать полотенца на пляж, каждый день водичка новая и полотенчики, удобная сушка, всегда чисто везде

Видео что уже подуставший, мебель, ванная, видал этот отельчик времена получше Отвратительный интернет, просто худшее что я видел в Тайланде, невозможно работать/итц - как обходной вариант, ubigi/esim - но для отеля не иметь нормального интернета в 2025 году какая то странноватая кринжовая история

Отзывчивый и приятный персонал, чистота и качество уборки, огромная кровать, качественное постельное белье и полотенца, наличие халатов, особенно порадовало наличие пляжных полотенец, рогожки для лежания и пляжной сумочки - очень удобно. Еще из плюсов близость к морю - практически первая линия

1) Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего (на мой вкус). Очень вкусная выпечка и фрукты, но остальные горячие блюда на линии были не вкусными, хотя видно, что они приготовлены из качественных продуктов. 2) немного депрессивный дизайн комнат (ну это опять же, вкусовщина)
