Не понравились: - состояние мебели в номерах, замызганные окна и качество уборки; - неприветливость персонала; - длительные сроки подготовки номеров к заселению; - желание заработать на клиенте копеечку, впарив ему в претензию разбитый стакан, который на самом деле разбит сотрудниками при уборке.

Мы отдыхали с 10 по 17 ноября 2025 года. Заселение с 15-00. Мы приехали раньше, нас быстро оформили, и попросили подождать. Мы погуляли поблизости, а когда вернулись, сотрудница отеля Win нас отвела в номер раньше срока, помогла сориентироваться, говорила немного по-русски. Номер на третьем этаже нового корпуса, выдержан в морском стиле (как и весь отель), 24 кв.м (как и все номера в отеле). Плюс есть балкон и (у нас) был вид на территорию отеля. Кровати удобные, по 2 подушки, постельное бельё супер, есть диванчик, зеркало в пол. Освещения хватает. Хорошее кондиционирование. В номере есть сланцы, пляжные полотенца, циновка и сетчатая сумка для пляжа. Есть два зонта-трости на случай дождя. Хороший вай-фай. Содовая вода и минеральная вода в подарок. Завтраки разнообразные, всего хватало, фрукты сладкие, несколько видов супчиков... Пляж близко. Рядом много магазинчиков и кафешек с меню на русском языке... Приятно было, что сотрудники отеля проявили внимательность к Дню рождения гостя и вечером пришли с поздравлением. Особая благодарность!

Иногда появлялся запах тины из умывальника

Swimming pool was very good, close to the beach and the main town. Our adjoining rooms set up was very good for our family. The adjoining beach bar/restaurant was also very good!

Breakfast was average, the pool could have been a bit safer - slippy tiles and difficult to see steps etc. Room was a bit tired and the shower wasn’t great.
