Hawley House

Hawley House is a lovely and peaceful place with a beautiful territory. We really enjoyed the surroundings — there are animals on the property, dogs around, and the whole area feels very calm and welcoming. The bay is nearby and easy to reach on foot. We stayed only for a short time, but managed to have breakfast with a great view over the estate, which was a very pleasant experience. The hostess was kind, showed us around the property, told us a bit about the history of the house and the rooms — it felt personal and warm.

Shortly before our arrival, the hotel informed us that our original room type was no longer available and offered an alternative room. While the replacement room did not have the sea view we originally booked, the staff explained the situation clearly and offered compensation, which we accepted. Overall, despite the room change, the situation was handled respectfully on site, and the stay itself was enjoyable. A very nice place to relax if you’re exploring Tasmania.

Interior design in stable loft rooms

A gorgeous old house, with very welcoming staff the location was only a minute walk to the beach,to top ot off a very comfy bed and excellent food.

The place is full of charm but could do with a bit of maintenance.

The property was clean. The owner was nice and helpful.

The house and facilities were charming and the staff were extremely helfpul and flexible. The location is brilliant and we're really looking forward to our next stay here. We would definately recommend.
