The front desk was terrible. They did not notify us. They were turning the water off in the hotel. Weโ€™re not willing to lower the rate because of that I am handicapped and I had to go use the public bathroom to go to the bathroom because the toilets in the rooms were too short, and there was no hand bar

Magnificient view on Manhattan, very neat and clean room.

Not much. Only transport to NYC from Newport - though quite good theoretically - proved a little difficult as PATH connections underwent renovations during our stay, resulting in few, slow and overcrowded trains.

Super easy walk to the PATH station. Hotel was immaculateโ€”lobby and our room. Staff couldnโ€™t have been nicer or more friendly. Parking and local restaurants were very convenient and we felt safe walking at night, too. We will definitely stay here again.
