Staff were amazing, very accommodating for our 3 year old. I have absolutely no complaints, food came very quickly and was absolutely delicious 🥰🥰

Review of Ciao only: Food is decent, certainly a cut above the buffet and an enjoyable location. But what has compelled me to make a review just on this part of the hotel was the drinks service. Not only do they push a pointless bottle of wine (at full cost), when its an all inclusive resort, it seems they just don't want to keep bringing you drinks during the meal. We worked out there was only one person "allowed" to deal with drinks amongst all the staff (and across both Ciao and Bones), and despite asking many other people to help us, we spend 1/3 of the night with literally nothing to drink. No soft drinks for the kids, nothing for us, not even water. Nobody would help. Chocolate pizzas were great, but not ideal when you have absolutely nothing to wash them down with!

Spent a wonderful evening at the Ciao restaurant. Staff and food were fabulous!

i have been here with my family, i enjoyed all of the facilities, the food was alright breakfast was gorgeous, lots of options but the dinner is sort of same same, some nights like the international night and chinese night were gorgeous though. But especially i liked the animation team, especially Nico, sofia, alex and oscar. They were very good fun, very inclusive and kind people, and i really enjoyed my stay.

Es un hotel familiar y cómodo para no tener que salir de allí. Los detalles de bienvenida en la habitación son estupendos.

Creo que hay partes en las que se nota que falta una pequeña remodelación pero en general está bien.
