Alex is very friendly and brings the vibes . Gets everyone involved! We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Landmar. Will definitely come again!

Best animation team. Alex is the best of bringing the customers all together , families love him an his cheeky smile, kids will have the best time here from start 2 finish best hotel ive been 2 with my grandchildren, Alex thank u fr being there fr every1 see u next year.

The BEST holiday EVER!!!! My boys, Lucas and Matthew, absolutely thrived here and the Animation team were like family. Nothing was too hard for them to accommodate. Thank you so much! From the 11am football sessions, to beach volley, basketball, tennis……it was amazing. Absolute highlight was my Lucas conquering his fear (huge thanks to Christian for holding his hand every step of the way) of the high ropes! After that first scary session, they went on multiple times a day. Lots of activity which is fantastic for my boys who have so much energy! The Brazilian ju jitsu and talent show (boys sang and danced to Michael Jackson) will stay in our memories forever!!! The team are amazing at making everyone feel so welcome and we are definitely returning. Huge thanks to Christian for making the memories for my boys, they didn’t go on the high ropes on the last day out of loyalty to you ;). Thanks Shannon and Abdul - you are fab! X PS: of course, food and drinks were also amazing. Room was great. Everything is superbly organized!! Runs like clockwork and extremely professional - EVERYONE!! Thank you!

A wonderful family resort. I was a bit hesitant travelling alone with my daughter but this place is so accommodating and wonderful to the kids and families. First the animation team especially those involved with the landi club work so hard to keep the kids entertained. A special thanks to Laura, Atanea, Sophia, Ivan and Marcos for making my daughters holiday extra special. My daughter made so many friends and was always asking when the next landi club would be. They run 3 programmes a day from 11 to 1pm 3pm to 5pm and landi disco in the evening. Each day is a new themed activities which the kids seem to enjoy. The kids also love Landi!!!! Be prepared for lots of screaming with joy in the evenings When i got a bit of alone time whilst my daughter was in landi club. I enjoyed the spa and gym facilities. The gym is well equiped for a hotel gym. You wont set a PR but will get a decent workout in whether you prefer dummbells, cables or machines. They use technogym machines which cover almost all body parts and have a nice feel to them as well compared to say matrix which is standard in uk commercial gyms. They also have cardio machines which i did not get to use. The spa was excellent and reasonably priced. I got an aromatherapy massage from madeleine which was really good. Her and the rest of the staff were very friendly. You also get 2hr free access to the spa if you book a message or you can just book spa access seperately. As a person who loves to train and had built up a bit of tightness in my body. The spa was a welcome treat. The jet sprays in the pool are really good for massaging my sore and fatigued muscles and felt great after going through the spa circuit they recommend The rooms were great and spacious for the price of the trip and compared to what you get elsewhere i found them good value for money. The staff always made sure they were clean and were always friendly towards me and my daughter. The food was good. You can always find something to eat in the buffet. Some items i did not enjoy like the live cooking and omelette but i found alternatives and i feel with food its a personal taste thing. Overally you will find what you like and enjoy. I did not attend all themed nights but the mexican and oriental nights had really good rice options. Also the chicken they served on the canary evening and mexican evenings was really good. The biggest plus is we got 3 alacarte meals during our stay and the restaraunts were great. 2 came with the booking and i got an extra one from winning a coupoun during a competition night in the broadway theatre which my daughter absolutely loved. The food there was great. I particularly liked the starters and desserts. So overall i had a great food experience. Lastly reception was great. Checking in and out was easy as well. Most people i came across where there for a secons time. People dont do that for a place that they do not enjoy. It is something i am considering as well maybe this time with my partner. We are just back from an 11 night stay and we had an absolutely amazing time, highly recommend the hotel and we will be booking again for next summer. We stayed over half term and although it was busy, the site is huge so it didn’t feel crazy busy. We joined lovely meals and the al carte, Ciao and Bones and the buffet was great as well. We used the snack bar at the quiet pool during the day, the paella was lovely. My daughter (Sofia) absolutely loved the kids club, huge shout out to Sofia who was there most days at the kids club who made her experience fantastic for her. My daughter loved that they had the same name , and spelt it the same as well!! Huge shout out to Abdul from the entertainment team who worked relentless doing the football with the older ones , and keeping them entertained around the pool! The pool activities were fab, from water polo, water carpet , foam party (canarian day) and the inflatables, everything was great. We stayed is H220 which overlooked the school , I secretly miss hear their music to wake up to every morning now! Los Gigantes itself is beautiful, we walked down the marina, cliffs and then to the beach to watch the sunset. All in all we couldn’t fault the hotel , the moment we got back we’ve looked at booking again for next year - which is very rare for us!

Quality and quantity of food, kids playground and other activities, friendly staff, restaurants, comfortable rooms, nice view from the main building and the restaurants.

Generally we were really happy with our stay, we spotted 3-4 things that can be improved: a) we were not informed that the waterslide had been demolished and is being rebuilt. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was this. b) smell of moisture in some parts of the hotel where there was not enough ventilation, e.g. in areas where lifts are next to the toillets and the showers. c) pillows need to be changed as some of them seem to be old and are hard and lumpy. Also some towels although clean seemed too old and used for the price of the rooms. d) poor soundproofing from the balcony doors.
