Landmar Costa los Gigantes Family Resort

Fantastic food , service, atmosphere and stunning veiws. Highly recommend both myself , husband and 2 sons loved everything.

🌴 Transfer: Bardzo czyściutki samochód i mega czyste szyby, wręcz niespotykane, aż miło było. Pan kierowca bardzo sympatyczny i elegancko ubrany (koszula i spodnie na kant). Pani Emilja Polka na recepcji we wszystkim pomocna, doradzi i wytłumaczy. 🌴Pokój hotelowy 🏨: Bardzo komfortowy i przestronny. Oddzielne pokoje dla rodziców i dzieci, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Suszarki mają bardzo dobrą moc. Jedyny (-)🚪nie ma zawieszki na drzwiach czy chcemy sprzątania pokoju, są one sprzątane codziennie z automatu, a nie ma takiej potrzeby i w łazience nie ma zamka w drzwiach. 🌴Jedzenie 🍽 i napoje🍹: Jest bardzo dobre all in., jak i restauracje a là carte. Hotel kładzie nacisk na świerzość i jakość oraz jest wybór dań dla alergików. Napoje i drinki wszędzie są smaczne i też jest duży wybór. 🌴Baseny 🤽‍♂️: Baseny są ciepłe i jest dużo miejsca do pływania, oraz zawsze były leżaki. Można pływać nawet do 20 i nikt nie wygania. Podczas naszego pobytu nie zdarzył się bez pieluchowy problem nieodpowiedzialnych rodziców, a byliśmy na "cichym basenie" koło baru Nautilus, ale zdarzył się na tym z mostkiem koło baru Reef. Winni są bezmyślni rodzice! Powinny być kary za to, że przez takich samolubów utrudniają korzystanie innym z basenu, bo na wiele godzin ten basen jest odkażany. 🌴 Obsługa🤵: Przemiły personel. Wszyscy dbają o porządek i bezpieczeństwo. Od recepcji po panie sprzątające, barmanów, po ratowników i kucharzy. Obsługa w hotelowym sklepach sympatyczna i pomocna. Super ludzie w parku linowym oraz przy basenach gdzie angażują do wspólnej zabawy. 🌴 Nocne atrakcje 🎡: Codziennie mini disco i wieczorne inne show, ale bardziej pod małe dzieci między 3-8 lat. Za to "Johnny Circus" rozbawił dzieci i dorosłych, fenomenalne poczucie chumoru, angażował do wystepu widownie. 🌴 Hotel 🏨: W toaletach przy basenach są dostępne prysznice z żelem-szamponem więc spokojnie przed wyjazdem można wykąpać się i przebrać przed podróżą. Jest pokój na przechowanie bagaży.

🌴 Co nas rozczarowało? 🤨: Brak zjeżdżalni gdyż jest w remoncie, a booking nas o tym nie uprzedził. Meble (jak szuflady) są już zużyte i należałoby wymienić, lekka modernizacja.

We went as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children age 6,9 and under 1) for 10nights. Fantastic holiday, we upgraded to landi village and highly recommend this! The extra perks are so worth it. Being part of landivillage, you got first picks on poolside sun loungers till 11am. As well exclusive areas for landivillage only. This was well enforced by staff too which was great! See lots of people being removed from the areas if not with the correct wrist bands. In the exclusive area poolside they brought icecreams like cornettos, cocktails from the cocktail stand which again was only for landivillage! Snacks were also brought to you poolside. It really made the holiday feel special being treat VIP. The children also all got special little goodies in the room, a little pack to complete which had a reward at the end too from landishop. You also got 1 free access to the spa as a family which was lovely. The children again were made to feel so special, getting a landi towel to keep which was so nice and they loved it! Food in the main restaurant was a different theme every night was very good, children station was fun as they could reach all themselves and felt very grown up. Wide selection of foods and branded drinks. They have two seperate restaurants which you have too book, bones and Caio. Again both lovely really enjoyed this. Loved the snack bar restaurant next to the pool unlimited slushies ! Still thinking about those now; so nice and full of flavour. Children entertainment was next level! So much for them to do, the staff went above and beyond. A lovely lady called Mafa would come and collect children for activities like movies in the cinema, swimming on big float and slides and then bring them back to you. Was very handy with how large the complex was. They did the high ropes which was awesome, you need to be 120 cm and have trainers! Ping pong, mini golf, soft play and splash park, all again fantastic and the staff managing were so fun and friendly! Activities always posted on the notice boards , daily was something different and lots of choices at different times. Evening themes were my favourite, the circus theme was so fun. They did games , shows , popcorn candy floss and bouncy castles. The room was so spacious and cleaned daily, could not fault! We had a big main bedroom with a cot. Children in lounger area with two singles. Bathroom was a shower and had baby amenities which included a baby bath. Big outdoor area, enough for the boys to play football passing back and forth. Again worth upgrading to landivillage especially with an infant. All the baby amenities we got was incredibly helpful. They have water filling stations all around the hotel which was ice cold and we used this to make baby formula up with. Was about 45min transfer. We booked the twin ticket for Siam park and loro. This was the only time we left the hotel. There was just so much to do at the hotel we didn’t really venture out or do the beach. But was told it was a 15’ min walk to the beach down hill. I think coming back would have been a hard walk as it was very hilly even in the hotel. Coming from our room to the pool if we didn’t use the elevator there was a hill walk down which could be tough for some I suppose ! There was lots of photo opportunities too like a swing, big door, giant chair, feature walls! Really cool and have to find within resort . They also have on site photographers. Not pushy to sell either. Take your pics, give you a QR code to look at pics and if you want you go to their desk. Overall we would 100% return and will recommend to anyone with children! Fantastic resort, staff, location and food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our holiday at Landmar Costa Los Gigantes was fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the friendly and hardworking staff, who made our holiday so special. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, spotless at all the times, and you can truly see the care and effort each day. There was always something happening, and entertainment for both kids and adults was absolutely amazing. Entertainment team was brilliant, they were full of energy, fun and positivity every single day. Alex especially deserves a special mention, he created wonderful atmosphere with his smile and dancing skills 😊. Our boys loved playing waterpolo with entertainment team, kept the games fun and exciting. The food was brilliant as well, with so much choice that there was truly something for everyone. We were especially impressed with how seriously hotel takes allergies and dietary needs. The chef personally took the time every day to show what food is safe to eat, which made as feel very cared for and relaxed throughout our stay. We are backed today from our holiday and we are already planing to coming back!

El personal es excepcional, desde recepción, personal de limpieza, los animadores… gran variedad de desayunos y comidas, animación para niños y mayores…

La piscina del tobogán y el parking estaban cerrados por obras… aunque no nos costó mucho aparcar en la calle

We are just returning from a fantastic 10 night stay! Food was amazing, room was perfect location on the resort and the staff were 100% all day and all night. We can't faut anything from our stay. Our children loved Abdul and Alex from the kids entertainment team. They gave 100% from the min they were on site! We will be returning as a family for sure!!

This is the third time we stayed at Landmar Costa Los Gigantes and as always, we absolutely loved it. The resort is so clean and tidy and well kept. The staff are fantastic and really do keep families entertained by getting fully involved. The food is as always great and a wide variety to cater for everyone’s requirements. There are works going on at the moment to include 2-3 new slides but it didn’t hinder our holiday. We are already thinking of booking up again for next year.
