Manqué de nourriture pour tout petit (purée ou légumes bien cuits) Pas de matelas pour couple mais 2 lits simples collés. Manque de jeux intérieur pour tout petit où ils puissent aller au sol.

We’ve just come to the end of one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had and genuinely don’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived late in the evening and were taken to our room by golf cart, everything felt easy, welcoming and relaxed. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless and incredibly family friendly without feeling chaotic. The pools were fantastic and there was always something going on, but it still felt easy to relax. The duplex ocean view room was brilliant for a family and gave us plenty of space. The food throughout the hotel was consistently good with loads of choice, but the à la carte restaurants really deserve a special mention. Both Bones and Ciao were absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely and the portion sizes definitely defeated me more than once. I left happily stuffed to the brim every time 😂 The staff across the hotel were wonderful. Every member of staff we interacted with was patient, friendly and hardworking, even when busy. The whole hotel has such a warm atmosphere and you can tell the staff genuinely care about guests having a good experience. A slightly unexpected highlight of the holiday was the gorgeous calico resort cat, who completely stole our daughter’s heart. Hollie spent the week excitedly looking out for her and talking about her daily adventures around the hotel like she was part of the entertainment team 🐈✨ Our daughter has had the absolute best time and genuinely doesn’t want to leave. We packed our holiday with adventures across the island, but coming back to the hotel each evening felt like coming “home” for the week. The location was brilliant for exploring Tenerife and we’d absolutely recommend hiring a car if you want to see more of the island. We’ve made some wonderful family memories here and would return without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at Landmar Costa Los Gigantes for such a special holiday ☀️🌴

Le habitación quedaba muy lejos

El personal es muy amable y el hotel está siempre limpio y colocado. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Las piscinas son muy amplias, hay muchas hamacas. El buffet es muy variado

Que siempre se dirijan a tí en inglés... El cierre de la piscina y el parque de bolas es muy pronto.

Всё понравилось кроме одной ситуации которая приключилась со мной на завтраке /вобщем есть браслет вип и обычный как у меня был ,я захожу на завтрак и не зная что питание отличаться и поделены зоны я иду беру блинчик и иду к столу меня догоняет официант и вырывает с рук и говорит что мне не положено так как у меня браслет не вип…Хотя можно было бы просто сказать чтобы я в следующий раз знала и не брала/а не вырывать с рук…
