The rooms were comfortable and nicely laid-out with furniture and all. I like the extra touches (and still have the rubber duck provided by the room). It was in a GREAT part of town, right by the train station, within steps of Calton Hill, a short walk to The Royal Mile, it was a great place.

Het ontbijt kan uitgebreider voor deze prijsklasse bv geen vers brood enkel toast. Wel mogelijkheid om extra ontbijt te bestellen en dat was wel heel verzorgd

Hemen tren istasyonun dibinde, çok merkezi olması,ayrıca oda/banyo geniş ve temizdi,kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi. herkese tavsiye ederim.

İki asansörden birinin bir gün boyunca çalışmıyor olması.arıza ya da bakım mı vardı bilmiyorum!

Great staff and location

Slippery floor in spa ( my daughter fell) and long wait for lift as one lift out of action

The room was lovely, great bathroom and bed was comfy

The room had some scratches on cupboards and stains on the floor. For the price I paid, I wasn't happy with the tv not having anything other than basic channels. No way to watch a movie or anything. I've stayed at way cheaper hotels that provided smart tvs with many movies. Again with regards to the price; the breakfast was disappointing, although the area was clean and many choices for food; the actual food was a let down, had almost no flavour and taste. I expected a lot more for such a higher priced hotel. The staff were not helpful when checking in, we were given no information about how to find our room and so we ended up getting lost And didnt tell us the timings for breakfast or facilities. Hardly anything was labelled so we got lost multiple times. While using the pool we felt we couldn't relax much because there are no clocks so could not figure out what time it was so constantly worried about missing checkout. 1 other thing was the elevator was a joke, I understand the fact the other one was under maintenance but the one running was so slow and an inconvenience.
