Beğenmedim değil ama balkon olsaydı veya camlar tam açılabilir olandan olsaydı daha iyi olurdu. Buzdolabı biraz eski ve küçüktü Kahve makinesi olabilirdi böyle lüks bir otelde

Our first time in Edinburgh and we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walking to bus station, train station, St. James mall, beautiful shops along Princes Street, Princes Street Gardens and directly across the street from Hop On Hop Off Bus. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with large shower and tub. Ample shelf space in bathroom for toiletries. Refrigerator, safe, bottled water daily, coffee/tea maker in room. The restaurant and bar area are very lovely. The highlight of our stay was the incredible breakfast buffet along with an extensive breakfast menu. Also an innovative dinner menu and delicious bar food/drinks. Cons: the view out our window in #805 was a construction site. Also, only one of two lifts (elevators) was functioning. Supposedly they are working to refurbish the lift system in this historic building. The "pros" definitely outweigh the "cons" and I would highly recommend this lovely hotel and restaurant.

Lovely hotel ideal locate with fantastic staff. Really want to recognise the staff in the bar who made beautiful cocktails!

Shower room’s sink not draining and elevator had problem. Service bad and front desk people were not nice

Hotel was clean, well maintained and location was great for sightseeing.
