the staff was excellent upon check in. The rooms were clean except for the tub had some mold in the corners. It was a very busy weekend with lots of travelers so the hallways were noisy while sleeping. Our room was closest to the stairwell so we kept hearing the door slam all night long when people were going up and down the stairs.

When I got into my room- it was 52 degrees. The AC unit was sticking out of the wall- with no insulation and I could see outside- I stuck a towel in the crack to try and stop the draft. The thermostat on the wall was not actually operative so the unit just ran nonstop and it was clearly left on cold for hours. It took almost 2 hours for my room to reach 70 degrees and the heat seemed to never reach the bathroom. I kept the door propped open- but the bathroom never warmed up and was positively frigid. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best- in a freezing cold room. The thermostat had no shut off. So the room was either 82 degrees or in the 50s. Impossible to sleep due to inconsistent temperature control , and the constant talking in the hallway as people walked in and out at all hours of the night.

When I reserved the room its cost “included breakfast”. I never expected that the breakfast offered was in a small table with oatmeal packs and a coffee machine. I felt cheated.
