Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Staten Island

My stay was very quiet. The place was very clean and nice The agent was very friendly and nice!

Was in town for one day, so a quick overnight stay. Overall a decent stay. Room was clean but a bit small. TV remote was missing but the Front Desk brought me one within 10mins of asking. Mask policy not enforced despite signs all over the place. Friend was told he needed one but when he came back with one, no one actually checked to see if he had it on. Walls are thin so you do hear a lot of noise from the hallway and rooms beside you. Not great if your a light sleeper. Hallways also smelled like weed and cigarettes but thankfully it didn't seep into room. Parking does fill up quick, especially at night. I came back from my event at about midnight and ended up parking on the street. No major issues/complaints. Would come back for another quick trip, not sure if I would stay beyond a night or two.

The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. Although, for the price that’s paid I imagined a bigger room. The blinds don’t shut entirely. Everything else was okay.

This hotel was a nightmare I expected to get a hotel room that was comfortable it was like living inside of a closet you had to walk sideways to get around the furniture also they did not provide a breakfast which was extremely disappointing since I was told that there would be breakfast available and there was not third parking the parking was absolutely terrible if you were to show up after 5 o’clock you will not find any place to park around the entire building of the hotel I literally had to park two blocks away as far as cleanliness I expected them to make up my bed and take out the garbage basically clean up the room a bit on the days I was there they do not do that the only time that room is actually cleaned up is the day before you show up or on the day you show up after that you’ll never see anyone come in and clean your room and let’s not forget the noise I lost two nights of sleeping in there because I believe they overbooked and there was a lot of screaming and door banging in the middle of night I lost sleep counseling it was very bad I want anyone going there you might want to look for a different hotel
