We stayed here for a night, unfortunately for a funeral, but it was a great and comfortable stay. It's straightforward, but all you need - a nice clean bed, a tv, plenty of parking, and a Dunkin Donuts around the corner. After we checked out, and being completely mentally and emotionally drained, exhausted, and distracted, we realized we left a very valuable and sentimental item in the room. We called right away and after a nail-biting hold, the receptionist was able to recover the item and hold it for us safely until we were able to come back for it. Thank you so much to the staff, it really meant a lot to us after such stressful day.

Plenty of COVID-conscious practices in place. Service was friendly. Room was clean. Overall a decent place to crash on a budget if your visiting NYC.

Staff was great. Gentleman at the check in desk was very pleasant and helpful. And the morning breakfast was a true joy. The gentleman over seeing breakfast was great and funny and singing is oldies tunes!! Give him a raise!

The room was clean and comfortable but the staff was not very welcoming. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses we have stayed at, the attendant was on her phone the whole time. Also there were people slamming their doors and being very loud in the hallways late at night and the shower gel and conditioner were empty.
