Broken ice makers, no ice machine in the hotel. Toliet is not working properly . Can't grill out always a party going on for hours in the grill area. Dogs in the swimming pool and running around in the pool area.

Although the hotel was smoke-free, it smelled of cigarettes. There was also an unsavory cooking smells that spilled throughout the halls from unnatural food smells. We stayed for nights and never had our room touched nor linens swapped out until requested on last night.

Nice and quiet. Darling little pool and picnic area. Has everything you need.

When we arrived we were given room 319. We soon discovered that the toilet, ice maker . and phone didn't work. I called the front desk with my cell phone. She said she would send maintenance up; they showed up a few minutes later. He said he fixed the toilet and ice maker. The ice maker never made ice and the toilet still wasn't fixed. The next day I asked for another room where they moved us to 314. The ice maker never worked in that room either we ended up buying a bag of ice, the recliner in that room was also broken. The pool has 5 lounge chairs only 2 guest were at the pool and took 4 of the 5 chairs. they would leave there stuff at the pool and not come back. There was a dog running around in the pool area then they had the dog in the actual pool. The grilling area is never available the first night there from 5 to 10 pm loud drunk people hanging out in the grill area seems to be the case every time we stay in this hotel. I pay a lot of money to stay for 2 nights and I have never had to deal with non working toilet, phones , ice makers, etc. I think that all guest should have a chance to use the facilities at the hotel. We stay here every 1 or 2 months. I am furious after this last visit and you have probably lost me a guest! On to the new Best Western right around the corner that hopefully won't put up with stuff that goes on at this hotel!

Business trip and accommodations were great. We had everything we needed in our room. Walkable to grocery store.
