"Not going there again"

Not much, no breakfast or coffee due to some construction

Booked through a 3rd party and paid... checked out and they still billed my credit card $728 and it has been over a week and they are saying...it could take about couple days...should of never been billed...when I asked the front desk why...she didn't want to look into it and said it was a hold ..called credit card company and they said it was an actual charge from the hotel...the hotel denied it...CC company said it was a signed charge put through...sucks they don't care and don't want to help

"Not horrible, but not great, either"

The hotel is undergoing a renovation as of May, 2025…and to say that it is very much needed is an understatement! The common areas and the rooms were shabby, but quite clean. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Some of the furniture was heavily scratched and missing hardware. We rented a one bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen area. The kitchen had plates , cups and glasses, but no eating utensils. There were no paper towels, either. The stainless steel refrigerator had several huge scratches. When we asked the manager about the missing items, he told us they had removed the items because after our stay, the room would be renovated. Evidently our comfort as the “old” room’s final guests was not very important. The “free” breakfast was sad. Sausage patties floating in grease and fake eggs were the hot items offered. The bread for toast was rock hard and starting to mold. I hope the hotel will be much improved once the renovations are completed.

"Exceptional"

I loved my room, it reminded me of my timeshare haveing a kitchen and table. My son enjoyed the basketball court a lot. The only issue was the parking lot was full of dumpsters and the staff had thrown boxes out the windows. The boxes were hanging in the trees I spoke to the front desk about upon checking in. All in all I would stay there again it was quite and peaceful.

Clean room, accommodating staff, nice continental breakfast.

There was a lot of damage to the room when we checked in. You could tell the damages were either cheaply "fixed" or not fixed at all. We had to shove our door open because it got caught on the frame from what looks like too many break-ins. The pool smelled horrible and was cloudy. The ph needed to be checked. We did not swim. The furniture in our living room in our suite felt filthy, like it needed a good shampoo or the trash. The bed was not comfortable at all. We only stayed one night for a girls night out, so I didn't complain much, but these are not hotel quality standards.

"Nice staff "

I love the staff the guy at the front desk was very nice and sweet. The room was nice and roomy the pool was clean the only complaint I had is about the jacuzzi which was not available on a weekend because it had to be cleaned. Why not clean it during the week because most people go on vacation on the weekends disappointed in that other than that or stay was beautiful!
