"Exceptional"

It was great! Even though it was under construction the room was clean. We got there after midnight and our original room the key card wouldnt work. We got a huge upgrade to a suite with a jacuzzi tub which we really enjoyed. The upgraded hotel will be super!

This property is under complete renovation and needs to be closed during this time. No amenities available, no cook tops in the room, no carpeting, dust and dirt everywhere. The new update will be great but, in the meantime, close the hotel during renovations.

The actual room was clean and spacious.

The entire place was unsafe and under construction! The entire welcome desk and pictured living room, all the halls, and every stairway were under construction! Extreme safety hazzard. We could not allow our grandchildren to stay as planned. The pool as under construction and there was no breakfast provided as we hoped before our long ride home. Very disappointed!

Although listed as a Buffalo Airport Hotel, it turned out not to be honored by tour company for shuttle pickup. Ended up having to get a rental car.

I think this place is closed for renovations. Or it should be until renovations are complete. This might be a problem with Expedia and not the hotel or chain. The clerk seemed surprised when we walked in that anyone would walk in. The key card machine was only able to produce one card for us after multiple tries. The hot water was not properly connected in the shower. I could see where it leaked. No carpet anywhere, everything ripped up. Just a construction site. Glad it's behind us. You should not be open for business in this condition.

The entire hotel is under complete renovation. It is a total construction zone. The hotel told us that they contacted Bookingcom but you failed to update us. A terrible experience

"Horrible experience."

Horribly maintained property in Buffalo, NY. Improperly adjusted doors slam shut. Missing knobs on drawers. Stained carpet. On top of that, there was no breakfast as advertised because of lobby construction. I booked through Booking.com, and they requested a discount from Hawthorne, but they refused!
