The rooms were spacious. The laundry availability.

It was overpriced. The room was dirty. The breakfast area was gross, we didnt eat there, the waffle station looked like it had been in a food fight. The pool was closed. The room had a foul odor. There were no door knobs on the doors, no trash cans. Showers were dirty. It was the worst hotel we stayed in EVER!

The rooms were all new and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and tended to all of our needs.

"Hotel and Booking.com should note MAJOR renovations going on. No breakfast."

The new updated room was very nice.

Website should state MAJOR renovations. No breakfast (one of the reasons I picked the hotel). Had to walk around major construction materials. Elevator has to walk through paper to get in.

The staff was as friendly as they could be considering everything that was going on. The hotel was underigjgn contruction at the time and it was obvious the room they had me in wasnt ready. Nothing was done ac wasnt working in 80° to 90° heat construction workers kppt trying to get in.they had to give me box fans just to cool the room down.

"Remodel in the Winter!"

Why would you Start remodeling your hotel in mid-May? Asking your whole first floor guests to relocate due to not having accommodation's? The whole third floor was empty and we were not able to extend due to Whole First floor remodeling.. in mid-May! You Need to do much Better than This! Otherwise, not luxury but accommodating.
