Le Meridien Towers Makkah

If this was my hotel the reception staff need shooting , Common curtesy, common sense, politeness, all all the rest of it went out of the window, these people must have been born brain dead, when they were handing out brains they left theses people out, how spg allows their name to get rubbished like this god know why, I am a spg gold member I am appalled at the service and communication skill possessed by reception they do not want to know, most of the people coming here will not complain because of the mosque but I am sorry I had to say what I had to say Thank you

Very disappointed... broken shower... dirty carpet... no tissue boxes or slippers...NO HOT WATER JUST LUKE WARM!

Le’ Meridien was a fantastic hotel to stay. The location is superb with free and frequent shuttle bus. The staff are friendly and wonderful. The food was good. We will stay at the hotel again.

Overall good experience- room service was a bit lowsy to repond but apart from that very good hotel and they provided us wheel chair service also For haram which was very useful and shuttle service to Haram was frequent

Service very poor For getting a single water bottle, I’d to call them 5 times, then two times is to go down the reception to remind them about water.

Although not very close to Haram Masjid that means not in walking distance, facilities and descent atmosphere away from congestion it makes relaxing and piece of mind. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of choices.

There are some points needs to be improved, breakfast buffet options are limited. There is no free wifi and this hotel is rated as a 5 stars hotel. Bathroom size is very small. For the good points about this hotel like they offer a free shuttle 24 hours to/from Almasjid Alharam. Cheap prices comparing with other hotels even in Umrah & alhajj seasons. The Staff are friendly and willing to help any time.fast room service.Free bottles of water everyday. There is electric kettle with free coffe and tea bags. Room size is big enough. And lastly, the bed is comfortable.

I booked the royal suite for my family as soon as I checked in I wasn’t happy with the room. As a parent with small kids I noticed the door safety latch was missing and micro wave was not working. After complaining to the receptionist I was promised to moved to a better room, however the promise was not honoured. My fear was realized the next morning after I left for the morning prayer my child left the room luckily one of my neighbours to took him to the duty manager and brought him back safe and sound, am very great full to that manager. However the door safety latch was replaced later that morning. We expected an apology or explanation but we received none.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but it could be better if there is WiFi connection in the room.
