The service is poor, no teeth brush, no slippers, i had to order some stuff and the service take a while to make it.the good thing is they offset me by another room because I ordered a Mountain View room but they didn't have that, so they give me bigger room.

It is an amazing hotel with great friendly staff who did everything in their power to make me feel welcome. I arrived at 6:00 am and they still honored my previous day reservation and allowed me 4:30 hours or late check out. You can't find a better customer service than this anywhere and I am a world traveler. As for the hotel it is a 5 star with all new amenities and they offered me free par6as well. Rooms are roomy with very comfortable beds and full kitchen as well Thanks from the bottom of my heart for a great experience. I will definitely bring my family on a future visit and stay at your lovely hotel

As bonboy Marriott silver member .. Meridien towers is one of the most disappointing experience I had . - staff on check in are arrogant and does not smile or respond so shortly to questions that you need to ask again. - for dinner ( that was part of my package ) I was denied to enter the restaurant until I go downstairs and ask for a restaurant access voucher ( why the front desk employee did not give it to me on check in .. when I confirmed with him the package ! It was humiliating to get denied access to restaurant ! And waste of time ! - room is so dirty.. the shower curtain is so messy and much longer than right design ( safety issue ) - fire alarm bell is broken and works spontaneously in night ! And shut down on its own - very dirty fungus or parasite grows on the edge of the wash sink ( I have the picture ) - the room is supposed to be a studio ( meaning I was expecting at least to have a plate , glass or cup to make team and at least a tea spoon - not available - wall frames are messy and dusty which indicates not a supervisor visited the room in a while ! - towels have bad smell .. I have to use my own - concierge , bell persons are more than excellent and supportive - the ad on Expedia indicate that there is 24/7 shuttle to the grand mosque .. which was proven to be the normal public transportation of the city and hotel paid us the ticket . I will never recommend it !
