"Good"

This is a run down property with dirty.bed sheets, no iron.board, un responsive reception and broken furniture. The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus to haram is really good. So if you just want a place.to crash and go.to the mosque .Fine, otherwise stay away !!

"Very disappointing stay."

Not so good. The hotel condition is very disappointing. This facility should not be under Le Merdian. The parking of this hotel is scary.

"Second stay at le meriadian"

My stay was really great the bus service to Haram was excellent every 10 minutes bus driver was friendly and lady at switchboard helpful. Also allowed us to check out later

The cleanliness was good. You may consider below points 1. To avoid inconvenience, if your driving to the hotel then rather listening to the guards to "head to the parking lot" just find a parking in front of the main reception and after finishing the check-in process ask for parking coupon and then head to the parking lot. I followed the guard's instructions and headed to the parking lot where the security didn't allow me to enter unless I show him the parking coupon. After driving for 12 hours I had to leave my kids and family alone in the car at 2 AM in the morning, it took the guys at reception almost half an hour to allot me rooms and issue the parking coupon. 2. The main reception is not visible and located at building # 5. 3. There is no grocery nearby so arrive prepared. 4. If you have a 7 seater, please try to avoid the hotel parking lot. it's too difficult to steer 7 seaters in that parking lot. Better you use the free parking space across the main road.
