I am staying in this hotel many times but to preference of this hotel is its location near to haram and contiouns bus service thats it.remaining every thing is normal not in good condition. Also breakfast is not included in room rent.

"Bad hotel"

The room wasn't clean and the bed sheet wasn't clean. The floor was sticky and unclean. Our booking was for city view but it was wall view, and no sun enters the room. We booked free wired internet but they told us it is with extra fees. We checked up early and pay extra 50 SR. We waited half hour for the shuttle then we took a taxi. The reception wasn't helpful, and the place full of flies. The light was very pale. The only good thing was the microwave. The fridge was leaking water and spoiled our food.

I enjoyed my stay and best thing about this hotel was the shuttle service to the Haram. It took 2 minuets to the Haram and 3 minuets back to the hotel.

Received a free upgrade as well! The room was excellent. During Ramadan, the shuttle was always ready to transport us to the haram, very convenient and hassle free.

The tower as I know has been built not so long but already furniture are seemed worn out and old. I booked a room supposed with King bed but instead we received a room with two single beds were attached together. Worst is that the room, which I guess is the carpet is smelly. It badly needs maintenance and upgrade the hygiene. It should be comfortable mostly for the pilgrims who are staying in the hotel. And there was no wifi at the time we came, tho we didn't mine as it was just for a day. Buses are available all the time that are accessible for the guests anytime they'd like to go to Masjid Al Haram. That was the best part so far. Other than than, the management needs to take a look seriously on this laxity.
