Everything was good,excellent from the start to the finished. i have no problem at all. Food are excellent, room are nice and spacious, services are good. And also the location and sbutyle service also excellent. GOod job . For sure will be back

the food is very delicious, Indonesian people really like the taste of the food. the rooms are also very comfortable, spacious and clean. Many sell in the hotel lobby, making it easier for the congregation to shop outside. It was very enjoyable staying there, I hope to be able to perform Umrah and stay there again

Excellent , big , clean room ,there are also available suite room with small pantry , modern design ,big musholla for shalat , big restaurant , with many various of delicious Food, bubur kacang ijo is The spesial one i like it so much , The hotel also very near to haram , with shuttle bus 24 hours from hotel to haram , return ,its so easy to catch haram by hotel bus

One of the best customer services hotel I have ever visited. Very happy to help accomdate last minute stay and not only did they upgrade our room once they upgraded us twice so that we may experience Masjid Al Haram view for our last night which made my parents happy in a way I cannot explain. Good was great, people that clean your room are more than happy to help you regarding any questions that you may have. Also provided my dad a wheelchair to allow him to access Makka easier

Le Méridien Towers Makkah offers a balance of luxury, convenience, and tranquility, ideal for pilgrims looking for a comfortable stay with all essential services at hand. Frequency of the shuttle service is well maintained balancing the crowd to and from Haram. .I always look forward to stay at the hotel as it’s very near the Al haram and bus service is very freaquent and around the clock 24 hours a day and literally 2 mins from the basement of the clock tower, and same on return The food is excellent as there are 3 restaurants and 8 towers in the whole hotel with travellers from all over the world attending and residing here My humble and polite request to anyone reading my review is this hotel is not to be missed at all, as it’s so financially efficient and very near to Al haram.

In the recent past I have stayed only in close hotels to the Haram, but wanted to try one of the hotels with a shuttle, as they are cheaper during Ramadan and other peak times. I stayed one night in LeMeridien Towers Makkah and found it really helpful. The shuttle was very convenient, as it was only 1 bus, instead of having to change multiple buses (unlike other hotels that I tried). Also, the manager Sayed Mohammad Danish, really went out of his away to ensure that I was refunded my money for staying over 2 hours and that everything was taken care of. I would certainly stay in this hotel if I went in Ramadan (IA), if there is availability.

We are from Hejira Travel, Malaysia very satisfied with the service given to us. Good hotel with free shutter bus and the room is very comfortable. Room is very big and always keep clean. Thanks to Mr Ghofran, sales department always serve us with good service and treat customers very good. Anyways, we will keep on business with the hotel.

Overall good value for money. Spacious rooms. Can do a little better on house keeping side. Good staff specially Mr. Danish and Mr. Waleed at bell desk were very courteous and professional.
