Staff was wonderful. View was great. Casino was fun. Rooms were excellent.

We sat in three sisters restaurant for 20 to 25 minutes without being acknowledged. We left. The hostess brought us water because the waitress didn't come over.

"Bad hotel staff— each and everyone , hotel cutting corners everywhere"

Hotel is ok, staff is totally unhelpful and rude. Check in experience was not good, had clearly requested king bed, and they say they do not have king bed, how is that possible?? No bath robe or slippers in the room,. Was travelling with kids and there s no tub in the room! Asked to switch to a room with bath tub but they flat out refused. We stayed for 3 days and no house keeping even after calling multiple times. Worst is every night at 1 am AC would stop and heater would kick in. When mentioned on 2 nd day they said we need to come check in when that actually happens. Daytime was alright but same thing happened at 2 am next night !! How can I have someone coming in room at 2 am with 2 kids sleeping .. the front desk person was very cold, unapologetic.. Don’t know what these people tho k of themselves …

We had an amazing time. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean. Everything was in walking distance. The valet parking was a nice touch.
